In phase 1, DRG will perform an end to end business process and technology review of your payment platform. We will create a summary report of your chargebacks, transaction fees and decline rates with associated reason codes.
Phase 2 is a customized analysis and review to create an action plan. We will then execute this plan to remediate the identified payment & POS platform issues by specific type. DRG will work in partnership with your team along with payment & POS providers as necessary.
Following the phase 2 remediation work, DRG will implement our proprietary software solution to monitor and alert on issues that drive ongoing sub-optimal performance of your payment platform.
